I. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the policy of Nu-Dent Co., Ltd. (“NUDENT”, “us”), to inform you about what information we collect, use and share when you visit our website  https://www. nudent.co.th (the “Site”) or/and use any of our products or services. The Privacy Policy also explains why and for which purposes we collect the data. We may revise this policy, the most current version will always be posted on the website. If the revision reduces or affects your rights, we will notice you using the email provided by you.

 

II. NUDENT’s Roles & Responsibilities

NUDENT is the controller of your Personal Data, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated.  Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent that we process Personal Data in the role of a processor (or a comparable role such as “service provider” in certain jurisdictions) on behalf of our partners or customers, including where we offer to our customers various  products and services, through which our customers (and/or their affiliates) connect their own websites and applications to our hosted platform, sell or offer their own products and services, send electronic communications to other individuals, or otherwise collect, use, share or process Personal Data via our  products and services.

If your Personal Data has been submitted to us by or on behalf of NUDENT reseller partners or customers and you wish to exercise any rights you may have under applicable data protection laws, please inquire with the applicable partner or customer directly. Because we may only access a customer’s data upon instruction from that reseller partner, if you wish to make your request directly to us, please provide to us the name of the DataOne customer who submitted your Personal Data to us. We will refer your request to that customer and support them as needed in responding to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

 

III.INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site and/or use any of our products or services, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information”. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

    – “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Mac addresses, IP addresses, GPS coordinates, user addresses because of verification reasons. All of these are encrypted to ensure the safety of the signature.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase of our products or services through the Site or any of our products, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We collect contact and/or professional data about you in person, through communications, and through our websites. For example, you provide your contact and professional information to us when you sign up to learn more about DataOne’s products and services, download content, register for an event, and visit our offices. If you attend an event, we may also receive contact and professional details about you when you choose to scan your attendee badge or by providing a business card or other method where you share Personal Data with us. Typically, contact data includes your name and contact methods, such as telephone number, email address, and mailing address, and professional data includes details such as the organization you are affiliated with, your job title, and industry. We refer to this information as “marketing contact Information”.

In this Privacy Policy the meaning of “Personal Information”, refers to about Device Information, marketing contact and your Order Information.

 

IV. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Additionally, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Please note that your information will not be transferred to third parties outside of Thailand.

 

VI. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

VII. International Data Transfers

XII. Changes to the Policy

If we do make updates, we will update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy webpage. If we make a material update, we may provide you with notice prior to the update taking effect, such as by posting a conspicuous notice on our website or by contacting you using the email address you provided.
