SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping – We’re offering FREE standard shipping on orders ฿1,000+ (some exclusions apply). We also offer competitive rates for all other shipments including next-day and expedited options! We don’t make you guess what your shipping charges will be, our real-time shipping methods and rates will accurately calculate and display in your cart at checkout.
Please note that orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
We’re very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our product. We understand your disappointment and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
But we will replace the goods or make a refund if:
- The goods are not of merchantable quality
- The goods do not fit for purpose
- The goods do not correspond to the description
And if the goods are returned unused in the original package by Economy Mail Service within 7 days.
If it is overdue, We reserve the right, in any circumstances, to reject any returned.
