EF Class III Petit is a device especially designed for treating Class III malocclusions. It prevents any anterior sliding of the mandible and frees the premaxilla. Its raised buccal wings (Lip Bumper) act on the perioral musculature.

EF TMJ is a device that can act on bruxism (by sending a rebound signal in order to de-engram the clenching reflex) and frees muscular strains through stretching.

EF Class II Two Steps is a first-line treatment device for overjets over 10 mm. It allows a reduction of these overjets and then a transition to a second step with an EF Class II (slim, standard or large) for a total correction of the overjet.
